Look at the sleeping arrangements. On the 3/4T there are four good sea berths all of them are parallel to the center line of the boat, as are sea berths in any sea going yacht (look at C&C 43, 39 from the 70’s.) The berths are all at the LWL so when you are on the leeward side, you will be just below the waterline and the motion is very gentle there. The noise is low because of the balsa coring in the hull and further separation from the ocean by the cabinetry, which is usually full of clothes which also absorb noise.
